As the hotel was built in the 30’s, the Forest Park has the characteristics of that era with spacious sitting room areas, long and high corridors. The colonial style of the structure shows similarities of the Bauhaus style while the decorations of our restaurants and bars have a mixture of the past with a little contemporary touch of the future.

We invite you to taste local and international specialties, either in a buffet style or a sit down dinner at our Blue restaurant, have a snack or try our homemade ice-cream at La Terrace or taste the original recipe of famous Brandy Sour as it was created for King Farouk of Egypt at our Olympus Bar by one of our bartenders at the time, during his visit

You can start your day with rich Continental breakfast at our Sylvan Hall (Cafeteria). In the summer months, you may also enjoy a light meal or a cocktail at our Pool Bar. During a cold day, you can enjoy our homemade Hot Chocolate or a local cognac by the fireplace of Princess Irene Hall.
